We recommend storing your Lusta piece on a mannequin head when you’re not wearing it to help maintain its shape and style. 

You can find mannequin heads easily on sites like Amazon, look for one with a smaller circumference (closer to an average head size) and made from soft plastic for better longevity. Most come with T-pins to secure the piece and a stand to keep it upright and safe. 

It’s a simple investment that helps keep your hair looking its best!

To safely attach your topper to a mannequin head, open the clips and insert the T Pins through the small hole in the metal clip, not through the silk top or lace. This keeps your piece secure without damaging the cap. For wigs, place the T Pins through the thicker fabric near the ear tabs or nape, avoiding the top of the cap.
